Victor Shepherd
Chief Executive Officer
Victor Shepherd brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience in the technology industry to FoxT, with a proven track record of delivering sustainable growth. In particular, Shepherd has a strong record of turning around companies with flat revenue growth, and through his direction, has enabled companies to reestablish technological and market leadership.
Michael Hale
Chief Operating Officer
Michael Hale is responsible for driving revenue growth and customer acquisition through leadership of the Global Sales and Channel Management team at FoxT. Having spent more than 30 years running global sales organizations, the majority of which was in the software industry, Mike brings a wide range of executive leadership expertise to the FoxT team.
Mike Grinzinger, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Over the last 20 years Mr. Grinzinger served in CFO roles in the telecommunications, and distribution industries. Prior to joining FoxT, Mr. Grinzinger was the CFO at Iserv, a telephony and Internet service provider where he oversaw 30 acquisitions during a period of extensive growth and process reengineering. Mr. Grinzinger will use his process reengineering skills to support the Finance function at FoxT. He began his career with Deloitte and Touche in 1980, after receiving his bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University.
Mark Lambiase
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Mark Lambiase is responsible for Product Management, Engineering and Customer Services at FoxT. Mark comes to FoxT with over 15 years of experience designing, building, implementing, and supporting a broad range of identity, authentication and other related security technologies. Most recently, he was the Chief Security Architect and Director of Research at SecureAuth.
Afsaneh Arman
Director of Engineering
Afsaneh Arman is responsible for FoxT engineering including software development, software quality, customer services, and internal IT. Afsaneh joins FoxT with 15 years of experience in a variety of IT management roles. She has significant experience as a designer of automation and embedded systems working for companies such as Cap Gemini, Semcon Engineering, ABB, Ericsson and Volvo.
Todd Hayataka
VP of Sales Administration & Finance
Todd Hayataka is responsible for customer contracts and organization of sales activities along with managing the Finance team. Todd brings over 30 years of financial management experience to FoxT starting as an auditor with Coopers & Lybrand and then successfully improving operational efficiencies and controls at companies in the electronics, automotive, retail, trucking and lumber industries.
Bryan Short
Executive Vice President
Bryan Short is a high-tech industry veteran with over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business operations leadership. He has a strong record building customer relationships, driving sales strategies to generate demand and achieve revenue targets, and expanding reach into global markets. He has held executive sales roles at several technology and security companies, including Workforce Software, ANXeBusiness, and itControl Solutions. He was also president and founding partner of Mi6 Group, a sales consultancy firm specializing in sales training, team building, and revenue acceleration.
David Dingwall
VP of Product Marketing
David Dingwall has been embedded within IAM marketplace and other infrastructures required by enterprises to support their business for three decades, previously as a Consulting Architect and in Business development. Responsible for Product Management and Marketing at FoxT, he is focused on how real people use software tools to make their working day easier, and jokes that he is the “FoxT Storyteller” when writing marketing material. His experience includes working with or for Hi-Tech, Healthcare, Energy transmission and distribution, Oil & Gas, FMCG, Mining organizations and Government police and national security departments.
Kristin Davis
Director of Marketing
As Director of Marketing, Kristin Davis is responsible for all corporate, brand and product related marketing efforts at FoxT. Kristin has extensive experience in driving both product and corporate marketing programs across a variety of different industries; with a successful track record of increasing brand awareness and market penetration in new and emerging companies.
