Subhash Tantry
President and Chief Executive Officer
Subhash Tantry guides the creation and execution of FoxT's vision and strategy to serve a fast growing global market of secure access controls automation.
Subhash brings more than 25 years of experience in the software industry. As an entrepreneur he co-founded Vigilance that developed a market making application called Business Activity Monitoring, he was a senior executive at Accenture at their Center for Strategic Technologies, led innovative enterprise class software engineering teams at Consilium, and most recently was Executive Vice President of Engineering and Operations at Centerbeam, an IT infrastructure managed service provider.
Subhash holds a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering and a masters in industrial engineering and management science. In addition to completing the Executive Program for Growing Companies at Stanford University, Subhash is a Distinguished Alumni of the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, India, and has been a founding member of the Board of Directors of the IIT Bombay Heritage Fund that has to date raised more than $20MM for his alma mater. He also holds US Patents in enterprise software architecture, applications and techniques, with his most recent patents being awarded in 2004. He is a Charter Member of The Indus Entrepreneur (TiE), is a mentor at TiE and was most recently a convener for TiEcon 2006.
Richard Ellis
Vice President, Worldwide Sales
Richard Ellis provides worldwide leadership for Field Operations which includes Sales, Customer Services, and Professional Services as well as directing FoxT Limited-United Kingdom. He leads operational strategy, planning, sales, and all aspects of operational delivery to FoxT's Customers. Richard draws on nearly 20 years of international software and services leadership which has included Business Consulting, Program Directing, Sales & Delivery of Managed Services and Outsourcing, and Professional Services. Prior to FoxT, Richard worked for leading companies including Star Technology Services, Openwave, Digital / Compaq, Perot Systems, and OASiS.
Richard has a B.Sc. (Honors) in Managerial & Administrative Studies from Aston University in Birmingham, UK.
Elliott Zember
Vice President, Business Development & Marketing
Elliott has more than 35 years in the technology, financial services and insurance software sectors, specializing in compliance, product strategy, and product marketing. He has worked for Security Pacific Bank/Bank of America, Allianz, Chubb Group, CSC, IBM and many startup software companies. Elliott has a BA from Syracuse University and is pursuing his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business.
Gary J. Sanders
Chief Financial Officer
Gary J. Sanders brings more than 25 years of finance and management experience in high technology to FoxT. Before coming to FoxT, Gary was CFO at Cydelity, Datanautis and Accrue.
Prior to FoxT, Gary was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at Enviz, Inc (recently acquired by Keynote Systems). In addition, Gary has held executive positions at Colo.com, Optimal Networks, Tyecin Systems, Luxcom Inc., and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. Gary has a proven track record of administration, management, financial reporting, and investor relations.
Gary holds an M.B.A. as well as a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan.
Tommy Magnusson
Vice President & Managing Director, FoxT Sweden
Tommy Magnusson has more than 25 years of experience from enterprise software development and information security. He manages the Swedish Development Center in Uppsala for FoxT. The center engineers, deploys and supports the BoKS product line. He has worked with the BoKS product line since 1994.
Before FoxT, Tommy worked for Technology Nexus , AT&T, DynaSoft and RSA Security.
Tommy has a Master of Science in Engineering with an emphasis on Computer Science from Uppsala University.
Per Eliasson
Vice President, Engineering
Per Eliasson has worldwide responsibility for engineering, quality assurance, and maintenance of the FoxT products, most notably the BoKS product line. He has 10 years experience in enterprise software development and information security at both Fox Technologies and at RSA Security.
Per majored in Computer Science at Uppsala University, Sweden, and Mechanical Engineering at Mälardalen University, Sweden.
Melissa Keohane
Vice President, Field Operations
Melissa Keohane is responsible for all aspects of Worldwide Field Operations, including sales engineering, customer service and support, and sales operations. Melissa has over 19 years of experience in the technology sector working directly with customers across all industries in a variety of different capacities, including sales, contracts management and negotiation, and sales operations. Prior to joining FoxT in 2002, Melissa held roles of increasing levels of responsibility at RSA Security and Raytheon Company.
Melissa graduated summa cum laude with a BBA in Finance from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee.
