Customer Connects

Our customers are our valued partners. We want to work closely with you to confirm trends, validate product road maps, define new functions and features, evaluate beta versions of FoxT products, and share best practices. To build our partnership with you, we are offering the following programs and communication forums in 2008:

  • "Ask the Experts" Webinars: A series of educational seminars that will outline best practices and demonstrate new functionality for upcoming releases. If you have ideas for topics, you would like our experts to talk about, please contact Lynne Courts, Director of Field Marketing at Lynne.Courts@foxt.com.

  • Customer Advisory Council: An opportunity to directly participate in the FoxT product development strategy and assist us in communicating with the entire customer base. The CAC will have an official charter. The first members have been invited to fairly represent North America and UK/EMEA, and to have equal representation for all FoxT products.   • Customer Conferences: A combination of Webinars and conferences will provide the forum for FoxT customers to exchange ideas and validate product development roadmaps. It will also enable you to hear the latest developments of FoxT and our products and services.

  • BoKS Community: An interactive forum where you can participate in product development surveys, discuss the impact of access and security trends, ask questions of the broader BoKS community, share tips about how you are implementing and using FoxT products, and keep in touch with BoKS colleagues.
